Poseidon is the God of Sea, Storms and Earthquakes, in addition to being Zeus' younger brother, who is more concerned with the size of his super-yacht and where the next party is at rather than maintaining control. The well-being of mere mortals is of little interest to him, but Zeus' paranoia threatens the fabric of the family and puts both Poseidon and someone he loves in danger.

Biography[]

Punishing the Trojan 7[]

After getting pressure from Zeus, Poseidon visits Presient Minos to ensure the Trojan 7 will be punished for their actions against the Gods' monument. He later pays Minos another visit after learning that he spared the lives of the Trojan 7. He instructs him to go through with the execution or else he will be punished himself. And so, that night whilst they slept, armed forces enter the Trojan compound and take Nax and his comrades into custody, where they are killed by the Minotaur.[1]

Poseidon meets with Dionysus after learning that he stole Zeus' watch, which Poseidon hopes will calm Zeus. In addition to stealing his father's watch, Dionysus reveals he got a mortal to the Underworld, and he's going to be the first to bring someone back from the dead, and when that happens, Dionysus believes he will be owed some respect, but Poseidon warns him that if the mortal succeeds IN bringing someone back from the Underworld, Zeus will destroy them all. That said, he instructs Dionysus not to feed his father's paranoia and to return his watch.[2]

Plotting against Zeus[]

Despite Zeus getting his watch back, his paranoia regarding his prophecy continues, so Poseidon and Hera instruct Minos to kills his son and defy his own prophecy. He pleads with them to not force him, but should he refuse or fail, they threaten to take Ari and torture her.[3]

Poseidon has a heart-to-heart with Dionysus after he discovers his affair with Hera. He reveals that he loves Hera and asks for Dionysus to keep his secret. Poseidon then goes to Olympus, where they've all been summoned by Zeus. There, he tries to convince Hera to run away with him, but she refuses to run.[4] Poseidon later confesses that he loves Hera and asks her to come with him, but she laughs at him. That said, Zeus tells him to take a break from his position and only come back when he's calmed down.[5]
